I found out a delicious cheese to make everyone's mouth watering: Honey Goat Gouda Cheese. The name is fairly complicated, but it can be explained: it is a smoked goat cheese flavored with honey. And the best thing is that you can really taste all the ingredients! It hasn't a soft texture but the cheese melts in your mouth. It is slightly sweet and is perfect to be eaten as an appetizer.
This cheese is harder to find than burrata (I bought at the supermarket, the sale was temporary and I went back this week and they had no more), but I think you might find it in some cheese stores. Delicious!
