In Love: Bord Bar

When I found these trolleys of BordBar was impossible not to remember the days I worked for an airline company ;)

BordBar had the excellent idea of taking the trolleys out of airplanes and bringing them into people's home. Loved it! And you can personalize the whole thing (outside and inside - they have different types of trays: for bottles, coffee capsules, made of glass, aluminum, etc.)

You can also rent the pieces. Which maybe a good alternative, since they're not cheap. But they are multi-purpose and can be used not only as a bar, but also as a coffee station or even to store books and dvds.

Airplane lovers will love this! (I did!)

Movies, flowers and food!

After an intense week at work, the weekend was pretty good and Spring showed up both inside and outside. We stayed outdoors to enjoy the weather but still had time to watch movies, cook and relax!

In love: Iphone Horn Amplifier

I almost went crazy when I saw this amazing Iphone Horn Amplifier! It's not a secret that I love pretty much everything that has gold on it. And since I have some "country roots", when I saw this golden horn-shaped amplifier, oh my... There is no way not to love it!

Produced in Italy, is made of ceramic and plated with 24k gold. The price is insane but, thankfully, we can dream for free! (downside: it's not compatible with Iphone 5)

In love: Table Lamp The Land of Nod

I'm looking for some table lamps for my house and I fell in love with this one from The Land of Nod!

On the website, the table lamp is under the kids decor session, but depending on the style of your home, I think it can fit in any room. I love the colors! And the fact that the wire stays inside the glass gives it an extra charm!

In love: Cake Stands

One of the obsessions a baker has, whether she is an amateur or a professional one, are cake stands. And it's no different to me! I'm in love with them because you can not only use them for cakes and pastries, but also for a quiche, a savory pie, decorating a party table, decorating the kitchen etc. You can have a huge collection! But since I can not buy all of them, I am happy to share with you some really cool ones, so you too get excited and buy some!

After disappearing for a while (the next couple of weeks I'm not posting every day, but everything will be back to normal very soon!), we will start this week talking about new electric products for your kitchen: a colorful line of mixers, processors, blenders, ice cream machines from Cuisinart!

In love: To Dry For Dish Cloths

We don't spend too much time thinking about dish cloth and when we need to buy it, we go for the cheapest and simplest one. And the most beautiful we have at home is that one given by some friend or relative in a special occasion (like Xmas), right?
But that's about to change with To Dry For: an online company that sells cool and beautiful dish cloths (over a hundred different designs).
Since they're made in England and sold in pounds, these cloths are more expensive than you're used to pay, but if you want a stylish dish cloth collection, you gotta pay the price ;)

Some of them would be really cool if framed and hung on the wall. So I won't be surprised if you use it as a piece of kitchen decor instead of dish cloth!

In love: Dotted Porcelain

I loved these dotted porcelains created by the Singaporean designer Hans Tan. They look like those classic Asian porcelains, but the dots add a modern touch to them.
It's a very limited edition since the whole process is hand-made by the designer.
