I missed last week's Cheers! but here it is: Irish Coffee! With the cold weather in Brazil, nothing better than a yummy and hot drink to warn the soul:
27ml whisky
45ml strong hot coffee
18ml freshly whipped cream
1 tsp granulated sugar
Heat a cup/mug with boiling water. Mix the whisky, coffee and sugar and place the whipped cream on top pouring over the back side of a heated spoon (this step is important so that the cream does not mix together with the coffee).
