This week's drink is very easy and tasty: Kir Royale
20ml creme de cassis (blackcurrant liqueur)
100ml sparkling wine (brut)
cherry (to garnish)
In a flute, pour the creme de cassis, top it up with the sparkling wine and garnish it with the cherry.

Kir Royale is a variation from Kir which is made with white wine instead of sparkling and it is served in a chilled wine glass.
