3 Sprouts - Organic products for babies

It´s been a while that I wanted to write about 3 Sprouts and I never did, but since today I saw its products in a morning TV show, I decided what was already time to do it!
3 Sprouts is a new enterprise created by 3 friends, that produces organic and eco-friendly objects of decoration and organization for babies, always using animals as subject. They are simple objects, but so charming and childlike that make us want to buy everything! They have towels, cushions, vertical organizers, carriers, baskets, storage bins and boxes and photo frames.

La Cure Gourmande (Paris, France)

In one of several visits to Ile Saint Louis, in Paris, I discovered the store La Cure Gourmande.
It struck me by the color of the facade (mustard), the vintage feel and, of course, by its content: dozens of toffees, biscuits, nougats and chocolates.
You can create your own box with different candies and cookies, or you can buy them package-ready. The charm are the cans and boxes that mimic old packaging. You can purchase them empty (just the box) or fill it with the delights of the shop.

It's a little expensive, but surely worth it when you are in the mood to try something different, want to give it away or even keep it as a gift from your French trip. The visit is very nice, the attendants are friendly (most of them speak English) and the samples are delicious!

Nespresso - Champs Elysees

If you do not mind paying 4 euros for a expresso, Nespresso store on the Champs Elysees, in Paris, is a must!
Located in one of the most famous avenues in the world, the jaw-dropping store makes you want to pay those 4 euros: the store is fully loaded with coffee machines, accessories, capsules, chocolates and biscuits. Incredibly well decorated, with a sophisticated environment and attentive staff.
You can enjoy your coffee with some pastry they also offer inside the store.

Buckingham Palace Store

When I was in London, I had to stop at Buckingham Palace ... Store! The Queen's official store! Since I was there only few days after the Prince's wedding, the store was packed with William & Kate's china, but I really wanted something more traditional.
The store has a lot of cool stuff and I wished I could buy almost everything: beautiful tea pots, tea sets, cake stands, plates, bowls, pillows, toiletries, chocolates and biscuits (don't forget the Scottish Shortbread Cookie. Besides the charming packaging, these buttery cookies are delicious!)

And to make me even happier, I found out that the store has a website and they can ship to your home! (even if you don't wanna order anything, it is worth entering the site just to check out all the cool stuff)

It's been a while that I'm in love with owls as a decor item. And this weekend I went to my favorite store to buy a few things for my house when I saw these three beautiful owls! They are perfect as cookie jars, but they can also store your keys, money, candies, chocolates etc..

                       

 

HD Buttercup

For those who enjoy home decor, HD Buttercup is a must! The Los Angeles store (a giant warehouse) is super trendy and I am sure you will get out of there wanting to revamp your entire house. They have furniture and home accessories ranging from the classic style to eastern to rock and roll. Lots of leather, sofas, beds, tables, chairs, coffee tables ... OMG. Their website is not very good. It shows only a small part of the inventory and no prices (but here I tell you: it is a very expensive store), but it's worth visiting to see all the beautiful pieces they have over there!

Cinnamon Rolls

I have a sweet tooth and one of my favorite pastries is the cinnamon roll from Cinnabon. Founded in 1985 by two Americans who were seeking for the best cinnamon roll in the world, they tried hundreds of recipes and went to Indonesia in search of the tastiest cinnamon. And they did! The rolls are always warm and delicious! Today the chain is a worldwide phenomenon and you can find variations of the traditional version - my favorite! (the photo "was" mine. I always order it without the glaze so I can feel the taste of cinnamon even more - and they are not shy with the cinnamon!)

Taschen

For coffee table books and limited editions' lovers, good news: from tomorrow until Sunday the book shop and publisher Taschen will have its warehouse sale with discounts up to 75%. I am a loyal customer and I can guarantee that you will find something interesting at a good price or even pay the suggested price for autographed and limited editions like the hot (and very expensive) Linda McCartney: Life in Photographs.
If you do not have a Taschen near you, it is worth checking out their website and maybe get something online. If not, including this book store in your next trip might be a good idea!

Anthropologie

Those who know me know that I love the store Anthropologie. There you can find beautiful things for your home and also for your closet. Clothes are a little bit expensive but they have pretty good sales every time. And the home department is phenomenal! It has a kind of vintage vibe, colorful, beautiful and affordable! My new acquisitions were these beautiful mugs ($ 12 each). I'm in love with these mugs because besides the vintage feel, the handles are so charming! If you've never been there, it's worth visiting (and don't forget to bring the credit card anyway!)
